Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on a wide range of measurement and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Document calibration results, maintaining detailed records and updating calibration certificates.
• Adhere to established calibration procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Analyze calibration data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to calibration intervals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address equipment-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, mechanical engineering technology).
• 2+ years of experience performing calibration on a variety of measurement and test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of metrology principles, including measurement uncertainty and traceability.
• Experience with calibration software and automated calibration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues with test equipment.
