Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations and sequences.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance, correct errors, and maintain part quality.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and tooling, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship in machining or a related field, OR 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming
- Proficient in operating and setting up various CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes)
- Experience with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures
