Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across East Lansing seeking Assembly Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assembly team.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Train and mentor assembly technicians, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies within the assembly area.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a production environment.
