Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Muskegon that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manages accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Processes payroll and maintains related tax filings and compliance.
- Reconciles bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Oversees general office administration, including supplies, vendor relations, and mail.
- Supports HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Prepares financial reports and assists with budgeting.
- Maintains organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial and office documents.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with general office administration and support.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost accounting in manufacturing
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance for a manufacturing workforce
- Knowledge of manufacturing-specific software or industry best practices for office administration
