Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
  • Support the sales and production teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles
  • Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting
  • Certification in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and basic HR support tasks
