Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production downtime related to automation.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation components.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex automation systems.
