Salary Range: $51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
• Support inventory tracking and costing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory costing methods (e.g., standard, FIFO, LIFO).
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
