Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure alignment of the MPS with demand forecasts and capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working with production and supply chain to mitigate risks.
- Analyze production capacity and lead times to ensure feasible and efficient scheduling.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and update scheduling data.
- Generate reports on scheduling performance, adherence, and key metrics.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production planning or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable schedules.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, supply chain, sales).
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning principles.
