Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various presses according to production schedules and specifications.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Perform routine quality checks, making adjustments to maintain product standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and production issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot various types of presses (e.g., stamping, forming, hydraulic).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface
