Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI applications, and robotic systems.
• Design and implement control system solutions, including hardware and software.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize automation processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations in all programming activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Proficiency in other programming languages relevant to industrial automation (e.g., Python, C#).
• Knowledge of robotics programming and integration.
• Experience with vision systems.
