Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Financial Analysts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability by product line.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
