Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders to optimize production flow and on-time delivery.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of finishing team members.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies within the department.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Monitor raw material inventory and order supplies to prevent production delays.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing finishing department, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of various finishing processes, including sanding, painting, coating, and assembly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot finishing issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality control documents.
