Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Caledonia that are seeking skilled Finishing Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in finishing products.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Train new employees on proper finishing techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment or product quality.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and order as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing finishing department, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in various finishing processes (e.g., painting, powder coating, polishing, assembly).
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and ability to implement and maintain high standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot finishing process issues.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
