Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational efficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
