Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis for production costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making in manufacturing operations.
• Analyze capital expenditure requests, evaluating return on investment and financial viability for new equipment and plant expansions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends in manufacturing.
• Partner with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial performance across production lines.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support various manufacturing initiatives and special projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and variance analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and cost drivers
• CPA or CMA certification (or progress towards one)
