Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA).
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their application in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and their application in HR processes.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.
