Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their application in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and their application in HR processes.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.
