Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking General Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain to align production with market demands and innovation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving financial performance
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA).
