Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on the factory floor.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Document support procedures, technical solutions, and user guides for manufacturing systems.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance on production IT infrastructure.
- Assist with the deployment and integration of new technology solutions within manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and documenting support procedures.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software or systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
- Basic understanding of networking in an industrial setting (e.g., Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
