Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on the factory floor.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Document support procedures, technical solutions, and user guides for manufacturing systems.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance on production IT infrastructure.
• Assist with the deployment and integration of new technology solutions within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and documenting support procedures.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software or systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Basic understanding of networking in an industrial setting (e.g., Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
