Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and execution of all preventative maintenance activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Implement and maintain a robust spare parts inventory system.
• Lead the troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with production to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.
