Maintenance Manager | Holt, MI

Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Maintenance Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in CMMS/EAM systems for work order management, preventive maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, PLCs, and robotics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
