Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develops and implements new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Creates and maintains detailed process documentation, including work instructions and quality control plans.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conducts time studies and capacity analysis to optimize production flow and resource utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and process layout.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis
• Familiarity with robotic automation and programming
• Project management experience, particularly in manufacturing environments
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
