Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing operations and business growth.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and data within the manufacturing environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures to protect manufacturing IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, specifically tailored for operational technology (OT) and production systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing IT (e.g., FDA, ISO, industry-specific data privacy).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and how IT can support them.
• Certifications in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP).
