Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all manufacturing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and support ERP systems specific to production operations.
• Ensure the security and integrity of critical manufacturing data.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with production goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT support specialists for the factory floor.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts relevant to manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues impacting production lines.
• Plan and execute IT projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and data management within an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with industrial automation technologies and their integration with IT systems (e.g., SCADA, IoT).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, DCS).
• Understanding of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts in a manufacturing context.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
