Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Optimize logistics processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely production and minimize waste.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support manufacturing goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation management, inventory control, and warehousing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM are a plus.
