Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for production and technical roles.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs for plant employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement training and development programs for manufacturing staff.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, including experience with collective bargaining agreements and union environments.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals and drive employee engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong background in labor relations and union environments
