Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated experience with lockout/tagout procedures, NFPA 70E, and other safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment up to 480V.
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and control panel wiring.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong understanding of VFDs and servo drive systems.
• Familiarity with robotic systems and their electrical components.
• Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance technologies.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
