Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and codes (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent licensure/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Experience with high-voltage distribution systems and transformers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Arc Flash safety training and experience working with energized equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with robotic systems and automated manufacturing processes
• Certifications in specialized electrical fields (e.g., thermography, vibration analysis)
