Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or equipment (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Prior experience training junior technicians or leading service calls.
