Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance for the facility.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for facilities-related services.
• Plan and execute facility space planning and improvement projects.
• Optimize utility consumption and implement energy efficiency initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar facilities budgets.
• Certification such as FMP (Facilities Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facilities Manager).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar space planning software.
• LEED Green Associate or similar sustainability certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification for General Industry.
