Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Operations Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
