Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Charlotte region seeking Project Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from conception to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to closure, including experience with new product introduction (NPI).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- PMP or other recognized project management certification.
- Proven experience with risk management, budget control, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical field.
