Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Ludington that are seeking Project Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
