Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of quality technicians.
• Develops and implements quality control procedures and standards.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for quality issues.
• Oversees inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Manages and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborates with production and engineering to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Prepares and presents quality performance reports to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with ERP systems and their quality modules
