Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor quality inspectors and technicians.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and optimize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
