Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Plainwell that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality management modules
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
