Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Manage internal and external audit programs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to integrate quality into all stages of manufacturing.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans, inspection criteria, and testing protocols for products and processes.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including evaluations, audits, and performance monitoring.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality tools.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing quality teams.
