Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities to align production with customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize supply chain analytics to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
