Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Shop Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across the shop floor.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
• Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Optimize workflow and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow and problem resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
