Salary Range: $50,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to optimize material flow and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards in all shipping and receiving activities.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies and address any related customer or vendor issues.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., system configuration, report generation).
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Yellow Belt).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel functions, Tableau) for optimizing logistics processes.
• Forklift trainer certification.
