Salary Range: $78,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements.
• Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supplier quality processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and industry quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and assessments, including root cause analysis and corrective action verification.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality methodologies.
• Certification in quality disciplines (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and quality management software.
• Experience with supplier auditing and assessment processes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
