Salary Range: $84,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with sourcing and engineering to qualify new suppliers and parts.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive the implementation of APQP/PPAP processes with suppliers for new product introductions.
• Manage supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and ensure timely resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and quality tools (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ CQE or CSSGB certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven quality tools
• Familiarity with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Multilingual, particularly in a language relevant to the supply chain
