Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive the implementation of control plans and monitoring systems to ensure the long-term sustainability of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality, to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and process improvement.
• Proven ability to deliver significant cost savings and efficiency gains through Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational excellence principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) beyond basic Excel analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts or other continuous improvement practitioners.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application within a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean principles or other complementary continuous improvement methodologies.
