Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Grandville region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Full cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
- Source qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and pre-employment checks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from production to engineering and management.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates using various methods.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill sets.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with a major ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo) beyond basic user functions.
- SHRM-CP or SCP certification.
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to leverage data analytics for recruitment strategy optimization.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies in a recruitment context.
