Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to identify reliability trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment specification, installation, and commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and training on reliability best practices to maintenance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering or maintenance.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to improve asset reliability.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project management experience, particularly in leading cross-functional teams.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) in a manufacturing context.
