Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Recruiters. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Full cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized technical and operational roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including reporting and process improvement.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or unionized environments.
