Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of production, skilled trades, and engineering roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to attract talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to source and attract skilled trades, engineers, and production leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for various roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation and system optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• A network within the manufacturing industry, specifically within engineering or operations.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish, German, or Mandarin.
