Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Fremont seeking experienced Recruiters. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing roles, from requisition to offer.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical manufacturing positions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from skilled trades to engineering and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for various roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
