Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff.
• Certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
