Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards.
• Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure material availability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., ERP, MRP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage automation projects
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
• Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to the company's global operations
