Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Production Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Monitor production performance and make adjustments to optimize output.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve production issues.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and other production planning software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for production optimization
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to the global supply chain or workforce
